Incorrect redirect from wp-admin to feature requests archive page

Hi,

I have a problem with the plugin. It seems to be redirecting some roles (e.g. contributors/customers) from the /wp-admin/ page to the feature requests archive list. This is annoying as contributors cannot create posts and customers cannot edit their profile. If I disable the plugin, problem is gone.

Any suggestions how to fix?
