    Hello BestWeb Soft

    There is some issue that I haven’t been able to solve and was hoping you could help me figure it out.

    When I visit mydomain.com/wp-login.php and try the “Lost Password” link, I get redirected to a page:

    mydomain.com/my-account/lost-password/

    I enter my email address, and I get the following error:

    “Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.”

    The biggest issue is that there’s no reCAPTCHA filed in that page.

    Could you please look in to this?

    I would be happy to grant you access to the site privately somehow.
    I been hacked before so I wouln’t want to put any links here.

    I have the same issue. Logged out and when trying to log back in I get an error as above…

    Pls advise here

    @aj2703 I submitted a ticket as they requested. However, by the time I got a response I had uninstalled the plugin and used a different one. I’m not sure they have an answer.

    Hello BestWebsoft,
    My sincere apologies for abandoning this tread.

    Could I send you a private message with the details of the site?
    It’s still showing:
    “Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.”
    But there is no captcha field to enter.
