    The rates that are showing up with this plugin are substantially lower than the rates I get on the FedEx website. I am signed in to my FedEx account so that I get the lower account rates, but still the rates with the plugin are lower. I have residential checked to make sure that fee is added and even tried setting the plugin to the higher list rates (nothing shows up then), but the rates on my site are still substantially lower. I’ve double checked all the details, addresses, weight, dimensions, plugin settings and everything matches what I put into the FedEx website. Any idea what could be causing this discrepancy?

    Thank you for your message and sorry for the late response.

    I’m sorry to hear that you have a problem. Does the amount of the wrong price is the same in every situation (for example 10% more than actual rates) or it is random? Did you try our DEMO to check your configuration on another site?

    No, it seems quite random but the difference is substantially less than the rates on the FedEx website. I did not try your DEMO because I didn’t know that existed. Where can I do that?

    sorry for the late response. Do you have all plugins up to date in your shop? Please, check that. Also our DEMO is available here: https://demo.flexibleshipping.com/ . If you would fill the configuration on created site – we will be able to dive into this problem deeper and solve this.

    Thanks for the demo, but the plugin: Flexible Shipping For FedEx is not one of the plugins so I can’t set up the same configuration.

    And, yes, all plugins are up to date.
