Incorrect rates

    Hi Im having an issue with the rates.

    I have an item:

    Weight 0.3kg
    Size: 7 x 5 x 3 cm

    If I add one of those items to the cart, the rate is correct. However if I add 2, the rate doubles, 3 triples and so on.

    I’ve checked the CP rates calculator, and the prices don’t change with 3 items with the same specifications as above.

  • Hi @zatsmaz,

    The basic version has the feature of packing items individually. So if there are 3 items in the cart, then the shipping will be calculated for 3 items individually. Hence if multiple items are there in cart, the rate will be shown in multiples.

    The premium version has a host of packing options available like Pack items individually, box packing and weight based packing.
    Besides, that you can print labels in the premium plugin and also track your shipments from within woocommerce.

    There are other features as well.
