Incorrect product count on cart page

    Hi,

    Thanks for the wonderful plugin by the way! ??

    I have a product for sample named Kinship (https://www.bellissimocoffee.com.au/product/kinship/).

    Where issues are:
    – cart page displays product variation separately from the product; counting it as a second product with 0.00 price
    – new-order-email being received also displays the product separately from its product variation

    Whenever a customer chooses among the product variations, the cart counts it as two different products selected (product name + chosen product variation). By default, you can see below the dropdown that there is already a “1x Kinship”. However, when I choose among the variations, it adds up and the cart notes it as two selected products. Please see screenshots below:

    With that, it’s resulting to a weird new order email that we receive. Product variation is being noted as a separate product in the form; making it quite confusing. As you can see from the screenshots below how order product is presented in the new-order-form layout.

    That’s definitely some strange behavior!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hey there,

    I’m sorry about the delay in getting back to you – I lost the notifications on my end.

    Have you been able to solve this?

    We’ve seen this type of behavior before and taking the following steps has resolved this issue in the past:

    1. Use the WooCommerce product exporter to export all of the products
    2. Remove all rows from the resulting sheet where the “In stock?” value is greater than 0
    3. Remove all columns except for ID and “In stock?’
    4. Set the value for all rows’ “In stock?” to 1
    5. Merge that sheet back in (import, check the box to update rather than create new products or skip)
    6. Edit the sheet again, setting the “In stock?” value to 0 for all rows
    7. Repeat step 5
    8. Rejoice

    Hi guys,

    So sorry I wasn’t able to keep in touch.. We found out that this is a glitch due to Product Add-ons plugin and WordPress version incompatibility. After the latest update with the plugin Product Add-ons, everything was able to go back to normal.
