    Hi,

    I noticed something weird.

    For my shop I created a buy2=10% discount rule + a buy 3+=20% rule. This works fine, but when adding just 1 product to the cart, the productpage shows a 10% discount price, with the original (correct) price striked through. The cart in the header shows the correct price though and also does the cart page.

    I noticed this in version 2.2.1, but it also occurs in the latest version 2.2.2.

    Do you have any idea why this happens and what can be done to correct it?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Showing discount prices on product pages are based on the settings which you have set in the settings tab.
    There are three options which you can choose from.

    I guess the discount for 10% rule is shown because the option is set to “Show when a rule condition is matched”.
    So the cart contains 1 product and then the next product that is shown in product pages is qualified for discount, hence the prices are shown.

    If you want the discounts to be displayed only after specific condition is met, you can choose the option “Show after a rule condition is matched” or “Show on quantity update (Dynamic)”.

    If this doesn’t help, is it possible to open a ticket at our support section providing us with a screenshot of the rules and URL to the site where we can check this out?

    Thanks for your reply. Guess I just had to rtfm :). Your article made it all clear to me. I picked the dynamic option and it works like a charm!
