    £5.00 – £18.00 is rendered as £5.00 – £168.00

When you initially create an event, everything appears to work correctly.

However, when you later edit the event and click the WordPress “Update” button, it saves the pound sign in the price field, rather than just the number.

The price still displays correctly in the editor price field.

On the front end, this is rendered as £163 as it’s treating the entity for the pound sign, &#163, as a number rather than echoing out the character (which isn’t needed as the string is already prefixed with a £).

A workaround appears to be to make any content changes to an event, click the WP “Update” button to save the changes, then increment/decrement the price before clicking the “Update Ticket” button and then exiting the editor.

This isn’t ideal – do you have any insight or ideally a fix for this issue?

    Many thanks.
