    Any time something is added to the cart, we see “Incorrect postcode/subur ” (note the lack of b on the end of suburb too… )

    Sendle is not available to guest check outs (disabled via role based methods plugin). How do I remove this message from the top of the checkout page?

    As per other response we have released v2.2.2 so please upgrade and advise whether this issue is still present. If so please provide details of your site url or contact us here: https://joovii.com/contacts/

    I’m having the exact same problem and the update hasn’t changed anything. Should I send some details through the contacts page too? Not sure how to show the site though as it’s in maintenance mode at the moment.

    We’ve just seen this issue solve on our demo site after completing the update to 2.2.3. Other things to check here are your pick up postcode/suburb combination. If you would like us to take a look please create an admin user/pass and share to us via contact form at https://joovii.com/contacts/

    Further updates have been included in V2.2.5 which includes the ability to turn on or off predictive suburb/postcode. Generally sites experienced the issues reported here due to javascript errors in the cart preventing the predictive address function from working properly. We advise anyone seeing this issue to:

    1. Check for latest version updates
    2. Check for any js error in cart page
    3. If those cannot be address try turning off predictive address setting in admin.
