Incorrect Payment Term Selection Loads NOT RESOLVED

    Previously I posted this as a topic and clearly stated what steps I took. Because I had already read your standard generic reply to everyone regardless of their issue. Then you just posted this as resolved after doing the same -cutting and pasting your generic cut and paste response to support questions.

    Still there is a BUG in your software. So to continue to discuss the issue –

    When a person places an ad using a credit, the actual number of credits gets deducted BUT if someone makes ANY selection when the page starts to load the next step it changes it to the first selection which is 1 credit for 30 days.

    I have screenshots and a screencast that I can send you if you want to address the problem and resolve it. Again, I need to know that your plugin works without this BUG before paying for add-ons.

    Thanks for contacting us here. I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with this.

    I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on my testing sites which leads me to believe this might be a conflict issue with another plugin or the theme you are using. I’m going to need a bit more information here.

    Could you please check if you have the same issue under these conditions?

    • all other plugins deactivated
    • any custom code removed
    • WP 2020 theme active

    It is crucial that this simple conflict test is performed so we know where to start debugging the issue. If you do have the same issue under those conditions, please let me know.
