Incorrect Path to sw.php and manifest.json

On certain hosts, like Pressable, the plugin throws console errors in reference to sw.php and manifest.json files. As a result, opting into the Push Alerts has no effect and the opt-in continues to show on subsequent page load. It appears that the function
pushalert_append_jsis using theABSPATHconstant to set the path to those two files. This should be updated to use the WordPress functionplugins_url

I had to disable
GET https://www.click-bank.design/manifest.json 404 (Not Found)
manifest.json:1 Manifest: Line: 1, column: 1, Syntax error.
A bad HTTP response code (404) was received when fetching the script.
