incorrect pages found in sitemap.xml when doing Semrush Scan

3 incorrect pages found in sitemap.xml when using Semrush Scan.
I am getting an error in Semrush for 3 incorrect pages found in the sitemap.xml related to non-canonical URL’s. But I don’t know how to fix this issue and why it is showing this.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue as it is very important for me to fix this issue? We use active campaign form in these three url.
