I have setup the following rules for the UK:
    0 – 1.99kg – £1.99?
    2kg – 4.99kg – 8.95?
    5kg – 10kg – 19.99

For testing I have set a product (https://londonglamourgarden.com.fsd-dev.co.uk/product/navy-sky-dress/?attribute_pa_size=6) to 1kg

The rules work perfectly form 1 – 10kg

If the uses adds 11 of this product into the basket, so that there are 11kg’s in the basket this message is displays:

“Add an address for shipping options”

Which is wrong. I have tried installing the WooCommerce No Shipping Message plugin but this is triggered on:

    1. “No shipping options were found”
    2. “There are no shipping options available”
    3. “No shipping method has been selected”

So this solution does not work.

If a customer exceeds my maximum shipping weight I need to display a notice to tell them this.

I am currently using the block version of basket and checkout but would be willing to change to classic if this is the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @footstepsdesign,

flexible shipping does not have this functionality, it does not display a message in this section. This is because the content of this message cannot be inferred from the rules and conditions.

    Best regards

That’s a shame. Other plugins do handle this or at least display the ‘no shipping method’ which can be edited via a function or a plugin.

    Hi @footstepsdesign,

I’ve passed your suggestion to our Product Owner for further research on how this could be addressed in the upcoming updates and we’ll keep you updated on this matter. Nevertheless, I’m afraid that if it were implemented, it would only work in the non-block version of the checkout, since as @grola previously mentioned, it’s currently impossible to achieve with the block one.

    Kind regards,
    Luke

Since there are no further inquiries concerning this case, I’m marking this thread as resolved.
