Incorrect login causes redirect to WP Admin login page

    If on the UM login page the username or password is entered incorrectly, the user is redirected to /wp-login.php?tpc-backend&redirect=false&failed_login=true which shows the standard WP Admin login page.

    How can I prevent a failed login sending the users to the WP backend login page and instead simply show ‘Username or Password incorrect’ message?
