Incorrect location of footnotes

I chose my footnotes to appear “at the end of the post” and it was working as I wanted. However, after version 1.5.4, footnotes are messed up and they appear in the widget area. Please see: https://ha-mim.org/kadir-gecesi
An additional problem (as seen on the post above) is that (unrelated) footnotes from other posts also appear.
