Incorrect link generated

    Hi there. Our Click to tweet plug-in is generatign an incorrect share link. Instead of generating a link to the actual blogpost, it generates a link to page 5 of the blog pagination. So when people share the quote, they share a link to a rnadom pagination page.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. I do see what you are talking about there. One fix might be to deselect the “Use Shortlink” option on the Better Click To Tweet settings page. The current link that is being shared there is ends in blog/?p=17575 and I think that instead sharing the full URL it will share correctly. Let me know.

    ALso, be sure that you are not using the url=”” parameter within the shortcode, because that will override the settings there.

    Hi Ben, the plug-in has stopped working again. It links to our blog home page instead of the post in question. The ‘Use Shortlink’ option is unselected. Any ideas?
