    WordPress version 6.4.2
    Theme: Spectra One version 1.0.8
    WooCommerce version 8.4.0
    JetPack CRM version 6.3.2

    Location Norway
    Early phase webshop

I have activated JetPack CRM and synced orders from Woo. Invoices are created from all orders, but the amount on some invoices is incorrect. Seems to be related to shipping and art fee, which is part of order in Woo and have been paid by customer, but is not part of the invoices generated by WooSync.

I’m looking for tips on where to look for a solution. Could this be a configuration that I have overlooked?

    Hi @jcostby,

I suspect this may be related to an issue we’re currently investigating.

To confirm, would you share a screenshot of the total in the CRM invoice (i.e., synced via WooSync) and a screenshot of the original Woo order? Please feel free to blur identifiable content. We’re particularly interested in the degree of differences: the actual amount shown on the synced invoice vs. the Woo order.

    Hi Jay,

Thanks for your response. I enclose screenshots of two different invoices and matching orders, as they illustrate two different situations with incorrect amounts.

    Scenario A, order no 2425.

Containing one product, shipping and VAT, with a total amount of NOK 656,25. Jetpack CRM Invoice list shows total amount as NOK 806,25. Jetpack CRM invoice details show NOK 56,25 as remaining to be paid.

    WooCommerce, order details: https://ibb.co/Qn5FFmw
    Jetpack CRM, invoice list: https://ibb.co/xCd2tz7
    Jetpack CRM, invoice details: https://ibb.co/n1Z9qgy

    Scenario B, order no 2427.

Containing one product, free shipping and art fee, with a total amount of NOK 4.635. Jetpack CRM invoice list shows the same total amount. Jetpack CRM invoice details show NOK 220,71 as remaning to be paid (equal to art fee, 5%).

    WooCommerce, order details: https://ibb.co/55RpBQj
    Jetpack CRM, invoice list: https://ibb.co/TYxWg43
    Jetpack CRM, invoice details: https://ibb.co/FJ5KYkX

I hope this is sufficient for further investigations.

    Hi @jcostby,

    Thank you for providing details.

Based on what you shared, I suspect the issue you’re seeing is not related to the issue we’re currently investigating.

I see that you have several fees added to the Woo order. Are you using any Woo extensions besides the core Woo plugin?

It’s possible that you have Woo extensions that Jetpack CRM’s WooSync module does not recognize.

    Hi Jay,

Thank you for following up. I don’t believe I have any Woo extensions, although not 100% sure which are Woo and which are WordPress extensions.

I have WooCommerce, WooCommerce Block and WooPayments (installed, but not currently used for payment). And Jetpack CRM. I use Vipps for WooCommerce for payment, and I use Bring Fraktguiden for WooCommerce for shipping.

The fees you see have been set up in the standard WooCommerce settings – Fee section. I have ordinary Mva (VAT) (currently only on shipping), and I have art fee (Kunstavgift).

I don’t know if this gets you any further in your analysis. Do you suspect interference from any particular extension that I might have or not have?

    Hi @jcostby,

Thanks for your thorough follow-up. In such scenarios, we often times suspect a plugin/extension conflict. Do you have a staging site by any chance where you can test that out?

We’d like you to temporarily deactivate all your plugins (but keep Jetpack CRM and WooCommerce only active) and check if the problem gets fixed that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

If you need help setting up a staging site, many hosts provide a staging service where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

Hope that’s all clear! Let me know how you’d like to proceed, and if you have any questions about that.

    Hi Stef,

Thanks for your most recent follow up. I use domene.shop for webhotel, so I will follow up with them if possible to set up a staging site. If not, I’ll look into your other suggestions.

I suspect this will take some time, so I might not be back with a result very soon. In the meantime, I have found a workaround allowing me to update the Jetpack CRM invoices manually and save them as pdf. The change doesn’t stick, so they are back to the incorrect amounts on next open. However, the pdf covers my accounting requirement for now.

Thanks very much for your help so far.

    Hi there, @jcostby,

Thanks for the follow-up, although I am sorry to hear that the temporary workaround you found isn’t working very well.

Keep us posted on what you find out when yo uget a staging site, or if you have the chance to perform the plugin checks in your production site.
