• Does anyone know why the h1 in a post page would show the title of the latest post and not the page title? If so, what’s the fix? If it helps our website uses the Jupiter theme. Also, I haven’t found any plugins that are interfering.

Where did you acquire this theme from? I recommend asking at that theme’s support so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

Thanks, @t-p. Unfortunately, the website was created (from a web dev who we can’t get a hold of) prior to me joining the team, so I cannot register the template and as a result can’t sign up for support on the Artbees site. I did post the same question on the Jupiter Facebook group, but haven’t seen any resolutions.

Since use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
