Incorrect FTP file path?

    As a test, I set up a new Woocommerce shop on available hosting space. There is an issue with the Updraft plugin. I cannot restore the backup files via FTP. The files are uploaded using an FTP program and then displayed there, but Updraft’s admin interface is missing the previously uploaded files. Is there a way to check the file path in the Updraft plugin?

    Hi,

    Please click on the “rescan local storage” link to refresh the backup list.

    I was irritated because in another installation we didn’t have this problem… but it’s solvable.
