Incorrect featured images when transferring to www.remarpro.com

Today I’ve transferred all my content from my wordpress.com blog to my self-hosted blog.

It’s all worked really well, except my featured images. Instead of the featured images from my wordpress.com transferring across, the featured images are random images from posts from completely different points in time than the posts they are now the featured image on. What am I missing?
