Incorrect email address

On a recent sale the buyer entered their email address incorrectly, apparently using copy and paste. The automated invoice sent after they completed their transaction bounced back to our server. I was able to go into their account and fix the email address, but the Edit Order page still shows the incorrect address. When the order was marked complete, the email notifying the customer bounced again. In case this happens in the future, is there a way to edit the email address on the Edit Order page (or elsewhere)?
