We allow unlimited downloads of purchased downloadable products. The download links do not expire.

When the plugin is activated, if a downloadable product has been previously purchased, the plugin let’s the customer know they purchased the product already. However, it also tells them there are no more downloads available, and therefor does not insert the download link. Though they can go to their account page and successfully download the product.

I’m only guessing, but maybe the download availability check is failing when the download limit returns “unlimited” or “no limit” instead of an integer.

    Hi,

    I cannot reproduce this error…

Ensure you leave the fields empty (=unlimited). What kind of woocommerce do you use? Do you use the software add-on?
