I see a product image and not your logo.

Do you think this is a problem in Viber?

Sadly, there is no documentation related to Open Graph images on Viber. Also, experiences of people are; some get a random image, 1st image in page, the Open Graph image or no image at all. You may consider reaching out to their support for further assistance.
