    Hi! thanks for your feedback,
Can you give me an example where the conversion does not work?

    Thank you.

    1) On a checkout page the shipping price (the price of delivery) is not automatically multiplied by the exchange rate while the prices of products are multiplied.
    2) If you create 2 variations for 1 product the currency conversion results in that the prices of variations are multiplied twice with the same exchange rate. And also for this variable product the so-called “old prices” (with strikethrough style) appear in the front-end (originally there were not any).

This plugin is beautiful but I noticed that currency conversion does not apply to Variable and Simple Subscription products. For example:

    1. I create a Variable subscription product for local USA currency ( default) and then create a 30 day rotation subscription for 12 months period. This works perfectly. When I went ahead to create same in multiple currency say UK £, EU – Euro etc.

    2. The plugin does not give me same fields to indicate monthly subscription payment for the various currencies. Also I am not sure where is gets the amount amount it out puts on the cart for these countries.

    Hi there,
I’m having the same problems as provstepan.

As I have separate shipping rates set up for international customers I was able to change the shipping costs to the amounts they would be if the exchange rates were applied.
As your plugin changes the currency symbol this works fine for my needs.

Unfortunately I’m also having the currency conversion issue for variable products where the exchange rate is multiplied, though it only does this for the ‘From:$’ price and the actual variant prices themselves are correct.

So for instance if I have a simple product that is NZ$7.99 it will show as AU$7.49 but a variable product will show as From: AU$7.03 though the variants themselves will be the correct AU$7.49.

It’s basically taking the NZ$7.99 and multiplying it by 0.938 (the set exchange rate) and then multiplying it by the same again.
Regardless of how many variants the product may have it only multiplies twice.

I hope this makes sense, if you have thoughts on how this can be fixed I’m all ears:)

    I hope you can help.

    Kind regards,
    JP

    Thanks you!

    brilliant. working on it now.
    Thanks

    Oscargare,

I have tested variable product – it works brilliantly from my test. But I am not sure if you worked on the variable subscription too.

I tested variable subscription i noticed the below:

    – Variable subscription for default currency country work ok. But it does not convert or apply the amount started for the various regions of countries outside the default currency country. In my case it just showed a flay amount in the UK while USA was showing up correctly.

I have tested the variable product. it worked perfectly. No issues. However the variable subscription is still having issues. See below from my test:

Variable subscription for default currency country

work ok. But it does not convert or apply the amount

started for the vaious regions of countries outside

the default currency country. In my case it just

showed a flay amount in the UK while USA was showing

    up correctly.

    Hi oscargare,

I’ve installed the Development Version and it seems to be working perfectly!

I’ve only a chance to run a few tests and check a few options but so far it’s awesome, the updated Test Mode is also really good.

    Thank you:)

    Hi, oscargare,

Thank you for the plugin and the amazing support.

I have the same problem as other users above: with variable product the selected prices show some inconsistencies. I have installed the development version, but they still seem to be there. Just to let you know since you are asking for feedback.

This image shows the problem: the subtotal price is ok, but the variable product prices shown there are not.

I’ll be glad if I can help you further.

    Thank you ??
