Incorrect cart calculation on none default currency

  • Hi,

    We have a store with Pounds as the default currency and dollars as a secondary.
    Product pages convert currency correctly but when you go to the cart calculations are off sometimes by $100’s of dollars.

    I saw a previous regarding this though no solution you just requested a direct email.

    The problem is caused by conflict with an other plugin. That why we asked for emails. Same in your case, there should be some custom field plugin on your site. It can cause the problem. Please send us an email to [email protected] We will check if we are able to help you out.
