Incorrect caption location

    As you can see in the screenshots in the imgur album below when I use captions (without effect) set to horizontal right and vertical top (or middle or bottom) the captions don’t work as expected when published. Eventhough the small preview on the settings page seems to show it as expected.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Latest version of WP and plugin, tested with every other plugin deactivated and using default themes.
    localhost but can set up public page if needed.
