Incorrect author attribution

    Every post I write is being attributed to a registered user instead of me. What’s going on, and how do I fix it? Thanks.

    Click ‘Log out’ and sign in as yourself?

    I’ve tried it; doesn’t work. I noticed that the post author drop down list in the “Write” page doesn’t display my name. Any thoughts?

    Confirm your name, nickname and display name in “Users | My Profile”.

    The name, nickname, and display name are all correct. When I deleted the user under whose name my posts were being attributed rather than mine, the problem is resolved. This is rather odd since there is another user who has the same role (that of Author) but my posts aren’t attributed to him. What gives? Hm….

    I had the same problem for some reason. I had a test author named “Big Pimpin” and one of my feed items came through as that. It was a bit funny. I had to delete the test author to get it working correctly.
