Incorrect authentication data

Hi,
I’m using Post SMTP on my WordPress website, and for some reason 2 weeks ago, it stopped sending me emails.

Instead I got an error message, each time a new order on my Website was received and my customers did not receive any notification due to this issue.

I have to note that no configuration was changed on my Website or on the Server (currently using UPress).

The error I’m getting is “Incorrect authentication data”.

Can you please suggest how this can be resolved, as currently I’ve turned of the plugins, in order to receive emails from the Website.
