    Hi Guys,

    Been using your plugin for ages and it works great. I’ve just moved our website to a new server and now the SMTP error is Incorrect authentication data but doesn’t give much more info.

    The login credentials are correct, and we’ve logged into it via webmail, and it was working fine on a previous server.

    Wondered if you had any ideas?

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Please note that changing servers could potentially impact your emails if they are hosted on the same server. Kindly let us know which email service provider you are using to configure with Post SMTP & also the screenshot of the error message you are facing.

    We recommend that you generate an app password and use that instead of the email password. You can review this?link?on how to generate app passwords.

    Also, share the screenshot of your Connectivity test report. To access the Diagnostic Test and Connectivity Report, navigate to the Post SMTP dashboard and find it under the Troubleshooting section.

    Do update us with the outcome.
