• hey guys
    Since Friday all my websites using Post SMTP have all now gone offline and have an Incorrect authentication data error.

    I have checked the SPF record was correct (still unchanged)
    I checked the the IP was correct
    I checked in the admin office365 account to make sure that Authenticated SMTP was enabled
    I checked the Restrict outgoing SMTP to root, Exim, and mailman (FKA SMTP Tweak) setting and it was already off
    I also added the websites IP to the white list for the CPHulk.

    I reset the plugin and re logged in with a different client email. Still no success. Is anyone else having this issue?

    @jesska Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Did you try to reconfigure Office 365 with Post SMTP?

    Share Email log Page screenshot (you can hide emails addresses)

    Share the Diagnostic test report of Post SMTP.

    About this is you can read our blog here.

    Thanks

    Did you changed your Microsoft account pass? or try to reset the pass and add new Pass in Post SMTP and then test and let me know.

    Thanks
