Incorporating Splash Page on Website Using Multiple Themes

Hello,

I am very much a novice when it comes to coding and web design (and know nothing of php). Basically, I am building a personal website using multiple themes (via the page theme plugin) and would like to set up one theme as a splash page where a user can select which language to view the website in.

For example, if the user were to go to https://www.domain-name.com, they would get the splash page where it will prompt them to select which language they would like to view the website in. (Good example of this is the Canada Post website at https://www.canadapost.ca) From there, they would be directed to the actual website at https://www.domain-name.com/home.

The theme I am using for the splash page is Gleam (from Elegant Themes). However, I am not looking for support on the theme itself.

I am sure it is possible, but I don’t even know where to start.
