• Hi there,

I’m not quite sure if there was an update for the Storefront Child theme (Deli) but it seemed to be working up until last week.

The url structure is still showing post_type of “product” (/?s=Turbine&post_type=product) but the search is just outputting: Search Results: “Turbine” – No products were found matching your selection.

Not too sure if it has something to do with the way my search.php is written or not. “get_search_query()” perhaps?
Here’s a pastebin link of the search.

Looking forward to any kind of assistance on where I should go from here. Thanks again for a great plugin!

There are no problems in the search results template.

Have you added any plugins recently? Have you tried rebuilding Relevanssi index?

    Hi Mikko Saari,

I believe the index is working correctly. All my products (720) are being indexed and a lot of terms are too.

    Stats:
    Documents in the index: 720
    Terms in the index: 21713
    Highest post ID indexed: 11285

When I try and search for the 25 most common words in the index, for example: surgical, nothing appears in the search.

As for newly added plugins WP Super Cache was added but it currently off. I’ll look into it further.

Thoughts? Appreciate the help, thanks ??

Something is blocking Relevanssi. Without taking a closer look at your site, it’s hard to say what it is. You can try switching to one of the WP default themes – those are compatible with Relevanssi and if they work, the problem is in your theme.

    Hello,

I’ll try switching to a default theme and test it out. Thanks for the suggestions!

Tried switching themes and troubleshooting plugins some more but nothing seems to be causing the issue.

I decided to try a previous version of Relevanssi (3.3.7.1) and it does works. Perhaps there is a conflicting change in the newer Relevanssi version with Storefront? I’ll look over changelog and see which version is best for the time being and if I can narrow down what is causing this issue for me.

If you have any ideas I’d greatly appreciate them. ??

If 3.3.8 works too, then the probelm is probably caused by an errant meta_query.
