Inconvenience when Processing Payments with Paypal

I am incorporating the Pro version of VikRentCar on my website and I am finishing configuring all the steps to implement my payment gateway, when I am doing live tests of the payment gateway with Paypal, it throws an error, it does not let me process the payment, It takes me to a page with the message “An error has occurred” and from there it did not happen.
