Inconsistent Time Formats

We use the time tracking feature on our support tickets, and tally the time by customer at the end of the month. When we review all tickets for the month, the time shown in the filtered All Tickets view shows times with various (and sometimes incorrect) formats.
For instance:
00:10 for 10 minutes
20:00 for 20 minutes
02:15 for 2 hours, 15 minutes
145:00 for 1hour, 45 minutes
I don’t mind adding a report or time tracking add-on, but I don’t have much confidence that it will fix the fundamental problem.
