• We use the time tracking feature on our support tickets, and tally the time by customer at the end of the month. When we review all tickets for the month, the time shown in the filtered All Tickets view shows times with various (and sometimes incorrect) formats.

    For instance:

    00:10 for 10 minutes

    20:00 for 20 minutes

    02:15 for 2 hours, 15 minutes

    145:00 for 1hour, 45 minutes

I don’t mind adding a report or time tracking add-on, but I don’t have much confidence that it will fix the fundamental problem.

  • Also having the same issue. Add 35mins for a ticket (00:35) and it shows in the email using the ?{customfield:final_time_spent_on_ticket}?shortcode as 2100 minutes.

Clients are going crazy thinking they will be charged for that time.

As the company who actually produce this plugin can’t seem to fix or even acknowledge the issue, I’ve reverted back to version 6.2.2 which works and I’m planning to move away to another ticketing solution ASAP.

    Hi @cesdls @joomla-is-better ,

We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. In the meantime, if you like to use this feature without any issue, we recommend using an older version 6.2.2 of the plugin.

Please follow these steps to download it:

    1. Visit the provided link.
    2. Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
    3. Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
    4. Please backup your site.
    5. Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin.

This workaround should address the issue temporarily. We expect to release a permanent fix in the next version of the plugin.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,
