Inconsistent search results

Hi, I am using the latest version of WP and WPTouch witht he Bauhaus theme. I noticed that when I search on the mobile site that it is not showing me any results from custom post types. The desktop version works just fine.
I was under the impression that WPtouch uses the default WP search function, so not sure what could be the cause beyond maybe a plugin? I use WP-Types plugin for custom post types. Any insight would be great!
