Inconsistent issues

I am having a number of problems getting Zotpress to show correctly, or consistently across blog posts.
This post seems to work fine: https://pnwphotoblog.com/currinsville-youngs-prairie-zion/
This post seems to only show one of the two references: https://pnwphotoblog.com/harris-oregon-ghost-town-covered-bridge-winery-elam/
This post has a huge error message up at the top, that can only be removed by removing all Zotpress short codes: https://pnwphotoblog.com/canemah-oregon-falls-city-willamette-river-ghost-town/
I prefer to use this format:
[zotpressInText item=“S5U6HVA6” format="%num%"]to display items in text. Since this format:[zotpressInText item="{WMKUNXUD}"]worked in the first post I thought to duplicate it in the second post, but the problem continues.Any ideas on where the problem might be?
