Inconsistent Hyperlinked Image Lightbox Transition Effect

    Hey Envira Gallery Team,

    Thanks a lot for the wonderful work! but I am encountering a problem which I am rather unsure about.

    I am currently working on my site’s usability testing and have realized that the hyperlinked images display different transition effects on different browsers when redirecting a user to another page after being clicked.

    The images I used are linked to different pages, and on Safari (MacOS & iOS) and Chrome (iOS), those pages get reloaded on the same tab smoothly upon clicking. However, on Chrome (MacOS), lightbox effect would create a huge preview of the entire page for a few seconds as if it’s a page-within-page and transits into the new page shortly after. May I know if this is a feature for the lite version I am unaware of, and if there is a way to standardize the transition effects across different browsers?

    May I ask are you using the Envira Lite plugin or a paid licensed version?

    Our lightbox doesn’t support showing webpages in the lightbox. We would only link and open that page rather than displaying it in the lightbox.

    Hey!

    Thanks a lot for the prompt reply and I am using the free version!
    That was my initial understanding of how lightbox works as well, but somehow I am encountering the aforementioned problem on this page https://ybaolong.com/index.php/writings/.

    Whenever I attempt to click an image to move on to another page, it leads to an awkward transition first, which only occurs on Chrome (MacOS).
