Inconsistent Errors with Import

  • Getting two sets of errors to the error log between my staging environment and my production environment.

    Also using the extension this plugin provides for Multisite which was purchased.

    The errors:

    failed to open stream: No such file or directory”,”File”:”\/var\/www\/html\/wp-content\/plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/vendor\/servmask\/archiver\/class-ai1wm-archiver.php”,”Line”:142} –

    which happens on an fopen call

    “A non well formed numeric value encountered”,”File”:”\/var\/www\/html\/wp-content\/plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/vendor\/servmask\/archiver\/class-ai1wm-extractor.php”,”Line”:261}

    The second one occurs whenever the first one does not.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    What error do you get on export?
    Have you contacted support at servmask.com for premium support (Multisite Extension)?

    I didn’t contact support at the multisite extension address, I wasn’t aware they provided a separate level of support given the migration tool is likely the issue and not necessarily the extension itself.

    I don’t get an error on Export I get one on the Import. The errors above are both for Import.
