Inconsistent emailing

Mostly OK, but some submissions are not being emailed to me. The user gets a confirmation email and the submission appears online but the whole point of using this was to have each submission emailed directly to me. There is no pattern in the submissions it doesn’t send on and they are clearly not spam. This unreliability means I won’t be using VFB again.
