Inconsistent, buggy, prone to breaking and bad support

  • I love this plugin in theory, and it *almost* works great.

    The problem is that it doesn’t work on every host, and their support is completely unhelpful. In my case, products would import but not their photos. I tried all their troubleshooting advice, and they finally said, basically, this is a known issue and sorry, try asking wordpress or woocommerce for help. What the heck.

    I’ve used it on multiple sites, and sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn’t, even if you install it perfectly, disable all other plugins, etc. Bummer.

    Here is their customer support response:
    This seems to be a reoccurring issue with WordPress/Woocommerce. It is a bug that either goes way on it’s own, or you would have to contact WooCommerce or WordPress to see if there is anything they can do about it. Another recommendation is to try and use Google Chrome if you already don’t. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.

    ahahah, really, it’s meant to integrate Woo and then they blame Woo for not working. Gladly I read this review before making the mistakes of using Printful.
