Inconsistent behavior throughout the website

  • I’m facing some issues with this plugin on multiple websites.

    It won’t save/update the options from backend. After clicking “Save” it would simple reload the same page again without updating the changes. e.g. it won’t let me hide “Flare score counters”, no matter if it’s checked or unchecked.

    It is behaving inconsistently on category pages. It is showing flare count in the excerpt from one of the posts (which is assigned to multiple categories). But the weird thing is, it shows the flare count for only one post and on only one of the category page, while other pages are working fine.

    Any fix to this issue? I’m already on the latest version.

    This may be the result of conflicts with other plugins you have installed or your theme itself. Try disabling any other plugins you have installed and re-activating them one at a time to see which one is causing the conflict. Also try a different theme as well to see if your theme may be causing the conflict – depending on how your theme may be constructed, Flare may not be compatible with it. I recommend you do this in a development environment to not disrupt your visitors experience.
