Inconsistent begaviour

Hello,
Thanks for a great plugin.

I’m having an issue using the plugin consistently. When using chrome, edge on my PLC the plugin works perfectly.

However some users are having difficulty getting the search to work – it just reloads the page and gives no error message.

I’m using the latest version of Kleo – and have implemented the search in the users buddypress account – under my friends as a sub menu item:

I can provide a login if required.
