On our website, some days our orders are 8 10, some days it is not. After entering, clearing the cache and restarting the server on the whm panel, we start receiving orders.

On the days when our orders are low, the number of customers coming to the basket is the same, from here we understand that they are faced with a cache problem.

Among the plugins we use is the cargo calculation plugin on tablerateshipping.com and I use the language translation plugin from gtranslate.io We use iyzico as a payment method.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Could you please specify with more information how exactly is that “they are faced with a cache problem.”

any more detailed information ? like any error message you/they see ? any strange behavior ? or something ?

    Best regards,

Sometimes they say they don’t see the shipping options on the screen

sometimes they convey that the payment process does not work correctly on the page that the payment method directs.

Do you see any problems in this report?

    Hi,

No , didn’t see any immediate error on that report

but one thing you may want to try , go to Cache -> ESI , enable ESI , save and purge all

    see if it helps

Is there a special setting I need to add to ESI
