Inconsistency in the number of reviews

Hi Support team,
We have an inconsistency in the number of reviews.
At the back end, we have 90 reviews, on the trust badge and the CUSREV business page has 43 reviews.
Can you please help me figure out how to fix this, and the correct number to start showing on the trust badge and the CUSREV business page?Thank you!

Hi,
As you can see in your screenshots, the recent reviews are collected in Private mode (via CR Private) so reviews won’t be published on cusrev.com.
You can go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > CusRev.com tab > Switch the mode to Live to collect new reviews in Live mode and publish them on cusrev.com.
For current reviews, there isn’t an option to convert them from Private to Live mode.
