inconsistency between 1.2 on get_links_list() formatting

I noticed after upgrading that it now puts link category names within h2 tags… this isn’t a big deal except that the headings for archives etc don’t have h2 tags, just li tags. This seems a bit odd, and it’s a bit annoying to make the two act the same. Was this an intentional change or something that 1.5.1 will fix to have a more uniform behavior between the two?

As a warning my design is slightly broken anyways as I was trying to make a two column elastic (em based)layout where the background of each column would extend to the bottom without tables, never got it fully working. Decided not to worry about it until the next redesign.

Oh and if your browser uses an IE identification string you’ll get rerouted (i have other sites where traffic matters, this is just my little personal whatever space – nice not to have to cater to anyone).
