    THEME COFFEE MONKEY

Sound advice there from WPyogi. Make sure HTML is valid before making any CSS styling is one thing I have learned from the last few months of messing with WP themes. Makes things a little easier if you see something not lining up ’cause you can quickly find the element and target better with id’s and classes. ??

Not at all. You’ve been incredibly helpful. I wish this site had karma or upvotes that I could give you. ??

This is my first time with child themes if you can’t tell, so I want to learn the right way. When I first saw the theme, I didn’t understand it at all. I’ve come a long way, and now I’ve got to correct my newbie mistakes.

LOL, that’s sweet, thanks. And if it helps any, we all start someplace and learn from trying things — and making a few messes along the way. One thing to remember is that if you have HTML errors, it often makes the CSS behave badly or erratically — and that can drive you totally crazy because you can’t, for the life of you, see what’s wrong with the CSS (because, of course, the CSS is fine)! So just keep at it…I look forward to seeing your site progress :).

Hey WPyogi, have been fixing stuff and I ran into a problem.

How do I reposition and resize the content section?

    Thanks

actually, more importantly, there are some html error that I wouldn’t even know where to find the code because I didn’t type it. like:

Line 115, Column 45: Element h5 not allowed as child of element span in this context. (Suppressing further errors from this subtree.)

    <h5 class=”orbit-title2″>A-Frame Coop</h5>

nvm. It was a plugin. Gave me 15 errors!

But I do need help on the content area
