    Hello,
    the plugin is not working and doesn’t permit to complete the transaction.
    The emails are received by both users and it seems that all work, but the transaction does not take place because the money is not deducted from the bank account and at the same time the money does not arrive on the Paypal account.
    It’s more than one day waiting for your help through emails and I didn’t get any feedback, could you please help me here?

    They’ve just solved the issue! that’s great! After some checks, the last problem was the cache into my website but they have helped me with the PayPal account too! they’ve done a great job for me! Really really appreciate it! Thank you so much!

    Hello @paolasteri,

    I checked that you were using a sandbox Client ID in the PayPal Client Live ID field. So that issue shows.

    Now I have updated the Client Live ID in your payment settings. It is working fine.

    Please check and let me know if there is anything else you need for any help.
