Incomplete sender email

Hi, congratulations on your plugin!
I have a problem. When I want to answer an email that has come from the contact form. It appears that I send it from “WordPress @ my site.com” and also the email of the sender is incomplete, it lacks the last letter.
Example: instead of [email protected], [email protected] appears, and this is a problem. I hope you can help me!! Thank you!
