Incomplete media import

I bought the premium version and tried a few times to import and re-import the contents and media from a Joomla 1.0.x site.
Almost all gone fine but latest articles (since october 2012 until february 2013) hasn’t imported images, they are linked from the joomla directory and if I change the permalink method, images are not shown anymore.

Secondo issue, I bought the premium version to convert internal link because it is a very old site (since 2001) with a lot of articles cross-linked.
Links with complete url like https://www.mysite.com/content/view/1129/41/ were not converted. So the premium version is useless for me.
