Does not include tag pages in the audit. Some sites (like mine) actually have tag pages that rank well.
Does not use the canonical URL for posts that appear under more than one category when category name is used in permalink. This causes the analysis to be very inaccurate as those posts show no data for SERPS, backlinks, etc.
No reply from support for either of those issues.
Looks like this could be a useful plugin if not for those issues.

    Hi, thanks for the feedback.

That’s true, the plugin ignores tag pages. We’ll look into adding ability to include them in the audit.

This actually should work as you described: the plugin should ignore non-canonical posts. We’ll fix that. As a workaround for now, there’s an option to exclude individual pages from an audit manually.

Hey, the problem when we picked a URL with a non-primary category for analysis has been fixed in the latest 0.9.1 release. Give it a try, and thanks for reporting the bug.

We just released the new version of Ahrefs SEO plugin with an ability to include Tag page to content audit. You can do this in Settings / Scope of audit.
