Incomplete function, broken English

The plugin has some great features, but a lot of the functions that suppose to work seems unfinished. Clone an existing flip box only copy over the settings like background color, text color, etc, but not the contents themselves. Giving permission to roles only give them access to see the flip box page, but give them no access to do anything. From the code of the plugin, it seems there should be more setting to enable the users to have different tiers of permission, but none of those are present in the settings page.

The interface is also littered with broken English and random capitalization. I understand not everyone speaks English as first language, neither do I. But many documentations and descriptions that explains how things are working are not properly localized. After I tried it out, I purchased the pro version, but I have trouble to find how to activate the plugin as a pro version.

Also, for the longest time, I have a “update notification” on my backend but all plugin appears as up-to-date. After some digging I realize that it is “image-hover-effects-ultimate-visual-composer” reporting to have a update, but I did not use that plugin. After deleting the plugin, I realize that is the folder for “FlipBox”, but Flix Box itself is not reporting update???? Why!?
